I love tumbler quilts.  It is a simple pattern, but has so much character.  Here in Texas, we are experiencing temperatures in the 80's and I am already starting to itch to go to the beach.  We always plan a trip in the summer to visit family in Florida and spend as much time at the beach as possible.  I might as well put some of that energy into my next project.  I decided to make a beach tumbler quilt and I am going to make it the right size for a toddler to drag around and snuggle with.  I love these colors that remind me of the ocean water, the sand, and the seafood!  It's all calling my name...

  1. I would love to see your Tumbler quilt. I'm planning on making one for my grandson and would like to know what size you are making yours.
    Thank you

  2. Candace - do you use an Accuquilt to cut the tumblers?
