This was a super easy and fun block to make. She instructed us to choose from the colors teal/turquoise, grey, white, chartreuse, and green. It was fun pulling these fabrics from my stash and playing with the different combinations.
Here are the two blocks I came up with...

Cool blocks - love your fabric choices!
ReplyDeleteThey look great! You really have a great eye for fabric! The combinations are really nice!
ReplyDeleteLove the colours and fabrics and the design is great. I'm adding it to my Queen Bee block inspiration board on Pinterest :)
ReplyDeleteSo Nice!!
ReplyDeleteI love both blocks but am amazed at the difference in them. The one on the right has so much movement - it looks like one of those whirigigs on a stick I used to have as a kid (do they still make those?) while the one on the left is static. I actually looked at them very carefully to make sure they really were pieced identically.
ReplyDeleteHello Candace.
ReplyDeleteLove your blocks. Visiting from Sew Many Ways link up.
Happy days.
