My quick little project using a mini charm pack is complete. I really need some new quilted potholders because all of my current ones look awful. Of course I am a little hesitant to use these, because I know it won't be long before they look awful too. What can I say, I am a messy cook.
It was a quick and easy project with the help of a mini charm pack. No cutting, trimming, measuring... the little squares are ready to go.
Sew them together, a little quilting, and add the binding.
I really need to make a few more of these. I seriously need to throw out the ones I have. I wasn't kidding when I said they were awful. They are stained up from many home cooked meals and some even have a few burned spots where they got too close to the burner.
Two is a good start to overhauling my potholder collection.
Here's to productive sewing!
Cheers ~

Very cute! This would be a fun little project to use up some of my many scraps. I like the colors that you chose too!
ReplyDeleteThey're so cute. I don't blame you for not wanting to use them. Maybe you could make a couple to just hang for decoration.
ReplyDeleteThese are absolutely adorable! I think Maria is right. Make a couple to keep pretty and use the others.

They are fab! I love the Boho line.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking the same thing....my potholders look awful too. Even after they are washed. So I guess I had better get busy making some too. Yours are adorable! I love the aqua binding!
