I was looking around my sewing room for another project and came upon this mini charm pack of Boho by Urban Chiks for Moda and the first thought that popped in my head was "I need some new pot holders." The pack contains 42 2.5" squares which are a great size for a small project.
My favorite fabric in the collection is the pink and red flower shown above. The name of the fabric is Whisper Market. I may have to add some of this to my fabric stash.
I love the idea of these little squares packaged and ready to sew. I do enjoy cutting up my squares for a project, but sometimes it is nice to skip that step and go straight to putting them together.
I am using 32 of the 42 squares to make my potholders and two layers of cotton batting. These are pinned and ready for quilting.
Talk about quick and easy quilting. Don't you just love stress free sewing.
Stay tuned for more...
Have a great day!
Candace
