Mug Rug Tutorial

Gramercy Mug Rug

I have been playing with these fabrics from the Gramercy collection by Benartex and I came up with a quick mug rug tutorial.  You can find the tutorial and a chance to win a fabric bundle over at their blog Sew in Love {with Fabrics}.  Check it out! (Contest is now closed)

I have shared many mug rugs with you, but I always make them around 8.5" by 5.5" and bind them like a quilt.  This time I decided to change it up a little by making it square and adding a ruffle.  It is a really quick and easy project and makes a great gift.
